If you are unavailable, do not respond within the response window, or decline a lead, that lead may be offered to another suitable tradie in a neighbouring suburb to ensure customers receive prompt help. This does not affect your underlying suburb claim — only the individual lead is reassigned.
Lead volume is not guaranteed. The number of emergency requests received depends on demand, seasonality, marketing performance, and the trade category in your suburb. UrgentTradie.com makes no representations regarding the quantity, quality, or conversion rate of leads.
Founding Member is a $199 upfront payment that gives you 1 exclusive suburb for 12 months from the date of payment. After 12 months, your subscription automatically continues at the locked-in Founding Member rate of $19/mo (significantly below the standard rate of $49/mo). Your locked-in rate stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active. Monthly billing kicks in after the 12-month founding period and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your tradie dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and no further charges will be made. The $199 upfront payment is non-refundable once your suburb claim has been activated.
All tradies must hold a valid trade licence where required by Queensland law and provide accurate business details. UrgentTradie.com reserves the right to suspend or remove listings for tradies who fail to maintain professional standards, respond to leads, or provide accurate information. Refunds are at the discretion of UrgentTradie.com and are generally only offered in cases of platform error or fraudulent transactions.
