- How does suburb exclusivity work?
- When you claim a suburb on a paid plan, you become the primary tradie for your trade category in that suburb. Every emergency lead is routed to you first. No one else can claim that slot while you hold it. However, if you're unavailable or don't respond within the response window (typically 30 minutes for urgent requests), the lead may be escalated to another suitable tradie nearby. This ensures customers always get help quickly — and protects your reputation.
- Can I change my suburbs later?
- Yes. You can swap suburbs once per billing cycle. This lets you test different areas and find where the best leads are for your business.
- Is the Founding Member price really locked in forever?
- Yes. Your one-off founding payment locks in 1 exclusive suburb for a full year. After year one, you transition to a discounted monthly rate — well below what standard pricing will be. It's our way of rewarding early supporters. See our pricing page for current rates.
- Do you offer refunds?
