- What happens after I submit an emergency request?
- Your request is immediately routed to verified tradies who cover your suburb and trade category. The assigned tradie will contact you directly — usually within minutes for urgent requests.
- What if I'm not happy with the tradie?
- Let us know. We take feedback seriously and it directly affects a tradie's standing on the platform. We can also help connect you with an alternative tradie if the first one doesn't work out.
- Do you cover after-hours emergencies?
- Yes. Many of our tradies offer 24/7 emergency services. When you submit a request, you can indicate the urgency level — Urgent (need someone now), Same Day, or Next Business Day.
- What trades do you cover?
- Currently we cover the four most common emergency trades: plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, and HVAC technicians. We plan to add more trade categories based on demand.
