1. About UrgentTradie

UrgentTradie is a platform operated by Venture AI Labs (ABN 68 606 736 252) that connects customers with emergency trade service providers ("Tradies"). We are a lead generation and matching service — we do not perform trade work ourselves.

2. For Customers

  • The platform is free for customers. We do not charge any fees for connecting you with a tradie.
  • We match you with tradies based on trade category, suburb, and availability. We do not guarantee response times.
  • Your contract for trade work is directly with the tradie, not with UrgentTradie.
  • We are not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of any work performed by tradies listed on the platform.

3. For Tradies

  • Free listings are available at no cost. Paid suburb ownership plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • Suburb ownership gives you priority access to leads — not guaranteed exclusivity. If you do not respond within the response window, leads may be offered to other tradies.
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid licences, insurance, and ABN as required by Australian law.
  • We may suspend or remove listings that violate these terms or receive repeated complaints.
  • Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds for partial billing periods on monthly plans. Annual plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

UrgentTradie is a matching platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of trade services arranged through the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
