- Create a free profile in under two minutes. You'll need your business name, contact details, trade licence number, and a brief description. Once approved, you'll appear in search results for your trade category.
- What does Suburb Ownership mean?
- Suburb Ownership means you're the primary tradie for your trade category in a specific suburb. When a customer in that suburb submits an emergency lead for your trade, you get it first. If you're unavailable or don't respond within the response window, the lead may be offered to another suitable tradie to ensure the customer gets help promptly.
- What's a Founding Member?
- Founding Members pay a one-off fee and get 1 exclusive suburb for their trade for a full year — only 1 Founding Member per suburb per trade. You also get a Founding Member badge, priority support, and can continue on a monthly plan after year one. See our pricing page for current rates.
- Can I claim more than one suburb?
- Absolutely. We offer plans for 1 suburb or 3 suburbs, plus Founding Members get 1 suburb included for the first year. You can always add more suburbs by upgrading your plan. See our pricing page for current rates.
- What happens if I don't respond to a lead in time?
- Emergency customers need fast help. If you don't respond to a lead within the response window (30 minutes for urgent, 2 hours for same-day), the lead may be offered to another suitable tradie in a neighbouring suburb. You'll still retain your exclusive suburb claim — this only applies to individual leads where the customer can't wait. Responding promptly is the best way to maximise the value of your suburb ownership.
